We have some one time unique-pieces and others are available in stock .
Most products are made-to-order. Please allow a minimum of 5 to 8 working days for production, The order process for both in-stock and made-to-order products begins as soon as your online purchase is completed.
There may be additional charges for special orders and some additional time if the order is a first time customization.

Exchange and Returns

We want you to be very happy with your piece
Exchanges only take places under the below conditions:

• If we sent you the wrong product
• If the product was defective ( although this has never happened so far but if that is the case we will gladly do the exchange)
• If the product is wrongly customized
• If you make your claim within 48 hours of receiving your order
• if the product received is still and returned in its original packing, unused, unworn, not damaged, unopened with no marks of any wear and tear

The Happy Elephant Beirut reserves the right not to exchange, return or refund any purchase if any of the above conditions are not met and after receiving the product and making necessary assessment.

International exchanges, returns are subject to additional charges such as shipping, return shipping, customs duty, payment processing fees if there was no error inyour order fulfillment from our part.

If we made an honest mistake and you wish to exchange or return your product and request a refund we will take care of all the charges stated above.

To request an exchange or a return please email us to [email protected] with a detailed description of the item with your full name and order number you wish to return along with a detailed description of the piece and a picture. (proof of purchase) You should expect an answer from us within 72 hours.

We offer no order refunds and our order cancellation is subject to the below condition.

Because most of our items are made to order we are unable to issue refunds. However, if you wish to do so prior to the start of the production of your order which usually starts 2 hours after you place your order you may do so by contacting us my email or via whatsapp.

Kindly understand that we are unable to process your order cancelation for any reason or condition what so ever after the two hour time frame has passed.

Please note that there will be an order refund / cancellation fee of  5% which charged for payment processing by our payment provider 

In the event that transaction error has occurred while making payment for your order or you are eligible for a refund based on the above stated conditions, payments will be made exclusively  to the same credit card you used for the original purchase and only in the same form used to process the payment and  to the original sender (if it was cash or electronic transfer etc..) 

Exchange, returns or refund is not offered for discounted items and or items on sales. All other products are subject to above stated terms and conditions.
